Sonix Return Policy?
Sonix.ai has a specific Return Policy. Most orders, excluding "final sale" items, can be returned within the first 30 days of purchase. Returns must be mailed in within this 30 Day Return window. Failure to do so within the allotted time frame will result in automatic rejection. Returns can only be accepted from purchases made directly from Shopsonix.com or their Amazon.com storefront. Products must be returned unused in re-sellable condition.
For any defective or damaged items, an exchange or return request can be accepted within 14 days of delivery. Proof of purchase is required. Product(s) can be replaced or exchanged with a product of equal or greater value or a refund of the purchased price within 30 days. The customer is responsible for return shipping and handling costs as well as fees for reshipment if a replacement product is sent as an exchange. If the package is returned without a return authorization provided by customer service and return center staff, the package will be rejected and will not be eligible for return. Proof of purchase is required.
